So does that mean you also like it when ants invade your kitchen? they were invaded by Hashem? What about mice? Also created by Hashem. Influenza. Created by Hashem! In fact, wow everything is being created by Hashem at every moment.

Huh.

Maybe she has something there.

Time for me to go and do some more appreciating the hidden goodness inside everything and everybody.

Oh and more importantly,

time for me to make potato kugel and chicken and get off the computer!

BASHINDA-good job!

ptcha/galareta
jellied or jarred gefilte fish
tongue (although DH adores it and I made it for him for his Bday)
herring
whitefish chubs or whitefish salad
brains, liver, most organ meats
sushi with raw fish (love veggie or cooked fish rolls, I just don't like the texture of raw fish!)

Pretty typical stuff.

I don't like salmon at all, but I've had it on more than one occasion, so I can't say it's something I'd never try.

I would not touch:
Pcha/Galleh
Any other of those wierd jellied things with feet, brains, body parts etc
Pupik (the navel of a chicken, I know some people rave for those)
Marzipan
Wafers
Halva
Broscht - One Pesach I saw some in a container and was in the mood for grape juice, poured a big cup, took a big gulp and promptly gagged and spit it out.
Anything that has Thyme (spice) in it.
I am thinking.....I will add anything else that comes to mind later.

Ok I am a very picky eater so I dont really eat most things, but the things I cant even tolerate the smell of are;

Oranges, if you have eaten one in the last hour I can smell it and it gives me a headache
Tuna- NEVER EVER will I even touch it let alone eat it.
Pickles- I cant stand the smell of them either

As long as things dont smell I can tolerate other people eating them.

All teh things others listed are one my long list too/

Alright, I looked it up Puke

Well, since the thread topic is food you would never TRY, most of mine involve things from Asian countries and definitely not kosher: dog meat, insects, snakes, rotten eggs (yes, really), pork and more pork, etc etc.

Roadkill LOL

Things I hate: beets, brussel sprouts.

Ok, ppl wrote more things and I remembered some more.

Sushi
Sardines
The thing with yogurt and leben is that I only like very few flavors, coffee yogurt I can not stand bec. I think that the taste of coffee does not match with the consistency of yogurt.. the taste of coffee belongs to a drink, not a pureed thing..
Borsht
Kasha, I cannot stand the smell or taste, it has some kind of non smell and non taste, if u know what I mean
I don't even look at the head of a fish on Rosh Hashana..
Chic peas I hate as well.
I don't like hot drinks.
I don't like noodles in my soup.
Halvah and peanut butter and a few other things, can be yum or yuck.. depends on the mood, and on the weather.. I can love it, or I can hate it..
If this pcha, pche you're talking about, is Petzei, or Galla, galleretta.. yuck, I hate that too, it;s like molded oil.
Mushrooms,, ewww
Marzipan, also a love/hate thing
I also don't like baked apples, or cheery pie or blueberry pie, I dont like most fruits.

Me too.

And finally, here’s the foods that you all love to hate and I can tell you that if you taste it when I cook it, you will also cry for it in the middle of the night like me:

Gala, garlicky and clear, hard like a rock!
Pickled tongue, chilled and sliced, mmmmmmm
Okra, stir fried with mushrooms, onions, and meat, served with couscous.
