I think elderly people or people recovering from operations who can't drive, pick up stuff etc might use such a service. An older woman was telling me how she can't lift heavy items so she can't shop. And older people are often not computer savvy enough to order online.
A frum woman taxi service you can trust to pick up kids would be great.

when I run out of milk and don't want to walk 15 minutes to the local store. I do online orders but sometimes I need items and I don't want to make the 70$ delivery amount

Hi,
I personally would not use such a service.. yes it would be convinent but can't justify the expense.
however, I thought of an idea for you. In my area we have a kiddush/ shalom zachur expense.
You do not need to be a party planner. what they do is buy e/t for you- drinks, paper goods, nuts ,candy, order cake platters from someone etc.. Its seems that many people use it as after birth there is enough going on and it can be very helpful to have someone doing all this running around especially when shalom zachor is a few days after giving birth.
Just a thought.
