My father benches me over the phone.
My father-in-law does NOT touch his married daughters, but does it in a very non-obvious way. He does bench his daughters AND daughter-in-law. His hand kind of hovers over heads.
Now b'h there are so many brachos he and my mother in law give every eruv yom kippur they do it groups anyways. All boys and then all girls at the home do it togther. Otherwise it would take hours.
For shabbos when there are less people there he benches each of us individually.
