an accelerated nursing program would just be a year or so since you already have a bachelors. Starting pay is pretty good and if you work overtime you make time and a half. Great benefits. Lots of options of what you want to do with the degree. Ob/Peds/Med surge/ER/geriatrics/oncology/ICU/NICU...

The A-BSN is 15-18 months in most programs, and it costs a fortune.

The link was to TTI. You said you aren't good with numbers or science so the nursing avenue is clearly out. What about being an admin assistant (in NYC or LA, etc for that salary range) or a paralegal?

Honestly, that salary range isn't "easy" to get if you arent math and science oriented. You could get a Ph.D. in English and still only get 40K!

I think it's a good idea to pick up some computer skills. Take a course in basic computing. You'll need to be able to use a computer whether you work in an office or the DOE.

A program I looked into was 1 year full time ( 11 months) and about 25k. There are also pre reqs though that will cost another 3k at a community college and more time.

Nursing is a hard job though. Hospital shift work pays well but 12 he shifts are draining. You can def make 70-90 though pretty much out of school if you live in tri-state area.
