I run a small company with about 20 full time employees none jewish besides immediate family members. We give 15 days pto after 6 months employment that includes sick days we don’t care what your taking off for as long as you have enough days. After 5 years you get another 5 days. Plus they receive off all legal holidays plus x-mas Eve Black Friday Good Friday and one extra day in January. So that’s another 8 days off.
We also pay out If they don’t use their days but they can not roll them over.

25 days, 10 sick days, 4 personal days. Plus, we're closed the week between Xmas & New Year's. And every 10 years, you can take a 4-week-long sabbatical. My next one starts in 2 weeks. Smile

7 paid vacation/sick days
All Yom in Tovim off but need to work at least one day Chol Hamoed in order to get paid for the full Yom tov.
All legal holidays
This year since Erev Pesach came out on Good Friday my bosses gave us that additional day as well.

for the first 3 years we get 13 PTO and 13 sick

after that it goes up to 20 PTO and 13 sick

after 15 years it goes up to 26 PTO and 13 sick

In addition we get 10 legal holidays but we cant float them. We need to take them on the day they are given.

There is some flexibility in that we can earn extra time off if we work extra but you need to be really motivated to do that after working a full day.
