Not Rockefeller\Ocean Park.

I think Pine Park does but not 100% sure.

Allaire state park does.

I think Riverwood park also does.

Jackson Jungle is also a great playground. There is a spray ground nearby appropriate for younger children (girls are in bathing suits so not for older boys)
Nearby is Hallocks u-pick. Prices are pretty reasonable. Pick lots of green beans if in season - takes a long time, pleasant and cheap.

I'm not sure. We go Sukkos time and it is very quiet even when it's hot. No bathing suits. Often surfers. We've seen dolphins twice!!!

Not sure. Its right on the beach - don't know if that is a problem for you.
The lifeguards leave at 5 so it could be it will be emptier then. It also becomes very crowded.
