If you want to sub orange juice because of sugar you can squeeze juice from a tangerine which is low sugar

Homemade gnocchi with smoked paprika and pecans (must remember for Pesach)
Herbed chicken and rice
Baby bok choy and assorted mushrooms stir fry
Sweet potato zoodles

It's heavy on the starches. Maybe I can finish all the gnocchi to spare my family.

Sunday was lots of leftovers.

Monday: fruit salad, gefilte fish bites in tomato sauce, cream of chicken soup, franks & potatoes, apple compote.

Tuesday: slice of cantaloupe/ half a grapefruit, butternut soup, grilled rib steak for adults, orzo with pastrami/mushrooms

Today
WW bread with avocado/egg salad, veggies.
Pasta mixed with sauteed california veg & melted cheese.
Yogurt/fruit smoothie
