Salmon that I spiced and poured a little Maple syrup on, cauliflower, and quinoa. Also raw mini peppers for those that don’t like cauliflower.

I put the chicken, potatoes, and green beans into a crockpot and pour over Italian dressing

I cant give an exact recipe since I pay for them (prep and rally) but I can give you a general idea.
I have leftover chicken from shabbos that I shredded off the bone in a container.
I stir fried peppers, mushrooms, green beans, a zuchinni with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, maple syrup.
Then I have leftover near east couscous from last nights dinner.
I will combine the chicken and veggies tonight and serve it over the couscous.
