Anybody has a good soup recipe? Want to try something different than my own

There was a great thread about soups last week I believe. There were a few really nice sounding options there..

I have to be out tonight after work so I think we will take advantage of the kosher deli's promotion $9.99 per lb on anything in the case.

A big fat home-made pizza with a fluffy yeast dough bottom, spiced tomato sauce, mushrooms, corn, cottage cheese, yellow cheese, 2 eggs and lots of za'atar spice. Turned out great. Family happy. Only poor little youngest ds fell asleep before it was ready...

I like to make a one pan meatloaf potato and veggie dish:

Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, spices, ketchup, egg and a little water. Shape into a loaf and put in the middle of a big roaster pan. Make a glaze if you want with ketchup and maple syrup. Dice an onion and cut up potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms (or whatever veggies you like) in bite size chunks. Toss with a bit of olive oil and spices and place veggies around the meatloaf. Bake uncovered at 350 for at least an hour and a half.

We love tacos. Kebabs, meatball pita, chili, laham b'ajeen meat pizza, meat lasagna, 1 pot meat and pasta dish, stuffed peppers, burgers, meatloaf, cottage pie...

Thanks for the ground meat suggestions!! And... I put up meatballs 🙈 We eat in shifts and these just stay good when left on the stove, and make enough to freeze. I really should try tacos. I’ve done shredded chicken in tacos but with bbq sauce (no taco seasoning).

I'm so boring compared to everyone else on here.

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, cut up fruit in honor of Tu B'Shvat (Pomegranate, apple, starfruit, clementine segments all arranged on a platter, courtesy of one of my upper elementary school kids who wanted to make it).

salad for those who want it.

cut up pickles on a plate for everyone else.

Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken from therecipecritic.com just minus the chicken. The sauce is so delicious over pasta. We have it every week!
