Petit Clair's return policy isnt the best. Read it before you buy.
Simis Of London and Whoopi carry stuff in size 16/18. Whoopi has Petit Clair if you want to try it on in store.
Sparkles and Suspenders online had some stuff that we bought, tried on and returend.
Lulu goes to size 18 in some things.

bnm- I just bought a dress for my daughter in size 16 from shirtstop. they might have a big selection but they do have some.

If you're coming in to Brooklyn, I'd start with Fallon's, then Sweet Things, Judy's Nook, Teen Boutique, Baby n Boutique, Junees.

last year they didn't have. I guess they expanded their sizes.
