Thank you so much everybody for your support, kind words, and prayers.
I am not feeling better. However, the dr thinks that the VERY unusual and distressing symptoms I am experiencing may be a virus manifesting itself in this weird way, and not something worse cvs. Ultrasound tomorrow, another dr appt on thursday once results of blood workup are in, gastro sometime this week. I am grateful for insurance and attentive medical staff.
Please, if you can, continue thinking of me and davening for a best case scenario.

Refuah Shelaimah . We are davening for you. Do you want to tell us what hospital you are in so that maybe someone that lives nearby can visit and bring you something to eat? Or are you not able to eat anyway ? Do you need help with anything at all?
