Coercive control became a crime in 2015 in UK.

This story is taking the law too far.
If this is coercive control then most men are criminals 😂

Oh come on, this isn’t true. It’s probably one of those satirical sites, like Babylon Bee

Who was the key witness? Their dog?

There are several different papers with this news in it. A different newspaper said that she plead not guilty and got a two year restraining order instead of going to trial.

Nothing you wrote here is about "political correctness".

I am sorry for you that you can't see it. Political correctness is all about control. The law is controlling what is going on in this marriage to a ridiculous extent. This woman asked her husband to vacuum and polish. She also didn't want to have $ex with him because he was taking steroids for body building and viagra.

This government intrusion into a couple's bedroom and their household management is wrong.

Next parents won't be able to tell kids to clean their rooms. I know I have repeated myself with my kids.

Political correctness has nothing to do with control. Please provide me with your definition.

This UK law was brought in to protect women from spousal abuse. I guess what you are saying is - spousal abuse is actually fine - its just PC nonsense when we tisk tisk it.

Or its only Political Correctness that this law should also apply to how woman can treat their husbands - to give the air of fairness - its absurd, women should be able to treat their husbands anyway they choose. The law should only apply to men.
