For the hot water urn
Fill with water
Put a cap full of sour salt, like 1/4 cup
Turn it on
After it reaches a boil, let it sit for a few hrs.
Dump it out
Wipe it clean
Shiny as new

I save socks with a hole, and use it to dust furniture. I throw it away after dusting.

How do you clean the glass candle cups? A sponge with toothpaste instead of soap? Or you soak it in toothpaste water?
Thanks

I use olive oil and coconut oil as a face moisturizer.
(Coconut oil also works well for fungal infections.)
I use "chucks" as a drainer for the dishes. As well as for the garbage of dinner prep, for peeling vegetables on the counter and so much more....

I use hair conditioner as shaving cream. I started many years ago when I moved to Israel and brought along shaving razors but hadn't gotten around to buying shaving cream. I remembered reading that conditioner could be used and have been using that ever since |
Why is that embarrassing?
I haven’t use shaving cream in year. Just body wash.

favoritest hack right now is using ice cream scoops to form cookies and put batter into muffin tins and cakes.
I got this pack with three different sizes from amazon

I have always wondered if I can do this because the candle wax have no hechser. How do I know if it's kosher?

I also do.
I thought I'm the only one that finds this method the most practical.

I put krazy glue on my boys' tzitzis knots as soon as we buy a new pair. Never get untied and can throw them straight into the wash like that.
