Rabbi Rosen couldn't fund it financially.
Amother puce no worries. A different guy dedicated himself to making this work and will be funding it to keep it going.
The name is Tiferes Yechiel. If you were enrolled in the other cheder you should've gotten an email or phone call.
If you didn't, reach out to them.
I'll get you the number and post it here.

We were told they hope to start from Monday a week.
