I was at Malcha last week, having put it off for weeks. Got there almost as soon as it opened, did my shopping and got out before it was too crowded. It's a week later, and I haven't got any notice about bidud, or developed any symptoms, so I seem to have got away with it.

If the baby is less than 3 months old, nursing and the mother had coronavirus during the last trimester of pregnancy, then that baby is probably a lot safer than the rest of us (due to the combination of placental and breastmilk antibodies).
If the baby is formula fed, then absolutely not - I would suggest visiting if you are trying purposely to send the baby to the hospital. Not otherwise. It's true, the baby may still have placental antibodies if mom got coronavirus during her last trimester of pregnancy. However, too high a viral load will use those antibodies up and the baby won't have them anymore - for the visitor or when exposed in a supermarket - so I would very strongly suggest against visiting.
