The Kiruv Files by Rabbi Dovid Kaplan. Funny, meaningful stories about the journey to Teshuva. Rabbi Kaplan is hysterical.

Kitchen Daze was the second one (I think after the bochur got married)

ETA: ok, it's spelled Dirah Days as per the back of Kitchen Daze

I am so not finding it on google. At least not the first half of the first page. Gotta go.
Oh, and ditto for Kitchen Days/Daze.

The cover shows a group of boys, sitting in the woods I think, like camping out.
It's about a boy's club.

Dirah Days or Daze is a halacha sefer in English going through basics of halachos of kashrus, written by a Rabbi Elbaz in EY.
The back of the book has crazy shailos he was asked by bochurim. That part is very funny Smile My kids read that part.
Heating food in dryers...Stirring hot cocoa and hot cholent with different side pieces of glasses... Etc.

No.
I'm going to waste half the night scrolling through book covers on Jewish book stores online. So frustrating.

Not a "frum" book but "Everything but Money" by Sam Levenson about growing up in a poor
Jewish family on the East Side in the 1920s.

I can't find it, if anyone knows what I mean, you win some free advice.
Kids' book, cover shows a few boys sitting in the woods illuminated by candlelight. The dialogue was great, in the first chapter anyway, can't remember the rest.

Really? I found that book to be quite depressing...but I read it as a kid. Maybe as an adult I would find it humorous.

Funniest frum writing imo is The Kichels. Bought the book and love it, hoping another anthology comes out.

As a kid, I remember laughing really hard while reading The Adventures of Jeremy Levi by Yaffa Ganz. No idea if it is still in print.

I read "In One Era and Out the Other" by Sam Levenson and laughed through the entire book. I started reading "Everything but Money" but didn't find it as funny.
