Me too.
So far the Charles Tyrwhitt and Brooks brothers are best for non-iron, but I havent tried that many.

Which non iron shirts wash very well (dry with no creases) and last and cost up to $30 a piece?

I don't know about Adonis. I have been buying T.O. and tried these 2 brands today.
Brachsoni is a fuller cut and considerably wider sleeves in most fits (made x wide to go over tefillin).
Comes in husky, classic, slim, x slim fits.
Their x slim fit is comparable to most brands slim fit. The shirts are pinpoint not twill. Black label is poly cotton 60/40. Gold label is 100% cotton (not stocked in Lakewood store but can be ordered)
-also sold with chasidish buttons (reverse)
Black label cost $21
Charles Tyrwhitt is 100% cotton twill. Nice soft material
Comes in x slim, slim, classic.
It's a dressier shirt with a nice fit. I like that the classic is slightly narrower by the shoulders and not baggy all over.
Approx $40 a shirt or 3/$107 (at NE Crane in Lakewood)
NE crane is also a nice fit. Similar to Charles Tyrwhitt but I think only sold in Lakewood.

More cotton = more comfortable =needs more ironing (even most non-iron)

My husband has the ilmio from shirtsleeve in BP…. Have never ironed them once. Someone asked me how his shirts look so crisp and how long it takes me to iron them…. Was so embarrassed to say I just take out of the machine, shake, put on a hanger and leave it on the drying rack

I really like TO for my boys (never tried mens sizes)
The wash and hang to try beautifully and you could get away without ironing. 100% cotton
They look good after many washes.
I've bought green blue and purple label (depending on size that fit my kid) and was happy with all. The purple is the nicest and softest but my boys were happy with others and didn't complain about comfort . I think prices are 35-40 (you can see the dif options on hisplacecollection.com)

Not that I have seen unless you get a yomtov discount coupon from a kollel, chasidus, tzedaka etc...
I asked about the Charles Tyrwhitt (at NE crane store) and he said 3+ for 107 is discounted...they are more online. Maybe the website has a better discount periodically but I don't know.

Doesn't necessarily mean it needs ironing. My husband prefers landsend cotton non iron shirts. I got some on sale for 15.99
