Sleep hygiene means making sure the child is getting enough good quality sleep so ruling out apnea, limiting screen time too close to bed, giving them herbs and supplements to help them fall asleep.
We used a vision therapist at a local optometry clinic, but you can find one on here if you’re in the US http://locate.covd.org/
Craniosacral therapy was done by an OT with additional training in craniosacral. Ours focused on vagus nerve and reflex integration.
The physio neuro therapy we did is brain balance.
We treated chronic yeast by cleaning up diet, supplementing with digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid, and using medications like nystatin and diflucan and herbs like olive leaf extract, caprylic acid, biocidin. We knew it was an issue based on candida antibodies, behaviors, and issues with localized yeast. Chronic strep was based on strep titers, chronically swollen tonsils, and behaviors consistent with pandas. We treated with long term antibiotics and strep specific herbals, as well as antiimflammatories like Motrin and turmeric. We also treated for parasites with Alinia, paragard and humaworm.
Exercise wasn’t at school, it was after school.
We didn’t do all these therapies at the same time, this was over a few years. Not my only child but I do have a small family. I work part time right now but there were years I worked more full time. Hope this helps. I’m happy to recommend books if you want to read up more on this approach.

how much does physio neuro therapy cost? I want my son to try this, but the private center would not tell me the price which tells me its probably too expensive. I know my insurance wont cover it.

I honestly don’t remember. It was a while ago.
