My husband goes to give people mishloach manot. I wait at home. He gives to whomever is home for the FAMILES we are giving. Even if it is a friend of his, it is from the shabbatiscoming FAMILY. Same for me at home. If a guy, who is friends with my husband comes while I am there, I give him, from our family.
Why should their be any issues?

We give and receive mishloach manos as a couple. They are for both of us.

I buy and prepare the MM. Dh takes a few packages to give out to men in shul, and he or I deliver packages to people in the neighborhood. The cards we enclose say "From Kalman and Kayla Kinder and the Kinderlach." We're a unit and the MM are from us as a unit, whether the recipient is a family, couple, or single male or female. I buy separate stuff for the kids to package and give to their friends.
