Bahamas! I’ve been to Miami too many times.

Half and half. I usually cook one or two things double each week, so there's always something in the freezer but I still cook some fresh.
Would you rather wear a bulky, hot and sweaty boot for an injured foot or let your foot feel free and cool and breathe but a little more in pain?

Definitely bulky boot (actually just wearing one, you have to give your foot a chance to heal properly).
Would you rather have two months of summer vacation or have it split up like in Europe (1 month summer and again couple of weeks in the winter)?

Split up like in Europe (though that could just be because I'm in America, you know the grass is greener...
