I've loved Couples Therapy. Not typical reality TV but fits it's great

I watch a lot. And I'm not admitting this under my name.
Love Island, survivor, big brother, the amazing race, bachelor in paradise, the challenge, I've watched other ones here or there but these I watch consistently.

Same. I’ll add more:

Selling Sunset
Too Hot Too Handle
Luxe Listings Sydney
The Great British Baking Show
Glow Up

Too much and some of it is super trashy. It’s my guilty pleasure . Nobody knows I watch this garbage besides my DH and my sister . Too embarrassed.

Terrace House!

It’s like the Japanese version of Big Brother, except they’re not locked in, they continue their regular job/school, and they can meet with friends and get feedback in real time.

It was pretty funny when during a catfight one girl said to the other, “I know you smoke when the film crew isn’t around and I’ve kept your secret!” Um, not anymore...

But mostly it’s pretty low drama, very polite and understated.

Most of the bravo shows with a few exceptions. I don’t like the below decks or southern charm. Love all the housewives, shahs of sunset….

I used to watch "Seven Little Johnstons" and "My Big Fat Fabulous Life." They were fun for a while, then got kind of dumb. Oh, and "90 Day Fiancé," is that still on? Whenever I'm in the US there are a few my mom and I watch together, like "American Pickers" and "Storage Wars."

I used to watch America's Got Talent andBritain's Got Talent and clips of the auditions to other singing shows. They got too samey so I stopped.

On vacation, I've watched the house renovation shows like Property Brothers etc. I really liked it but I have the feeling that if I watched it all the time I'd get bored too.

My kids like to watch the British baking competition.

Another reason I love Bake Off is because I can occasionally use or tweak their recipes - most things they make are too complicated or time consuming, but every so often there's something that works in my kitchen.

I'm curious, though - for those of you who like the more lifestyle or personality-focused reality shows (Kardashians, Real Housewives, etc) - would it bother you know the shows are more scripted and manufactured and less reflecting the actual lives of people involved? If nothing else, the recent kerfuffle over you-know-who seems to indicate that the "reality" as presented on TV and the reality that's present in people's actual lives don't always align. But maybe that doesn't matter if you're just watching for entertainment?

I sometimes watch Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor in Paradise , depending on my life's circumstances and who the lead character is.

I've watched the first few seasons of Married At First Sight but I don't know where to watch it free anymore, so I haven't seen it in awhile.

Occasionally I watch Shark Tank, To Tell the Truth, and What Would You Do?

Anon cuz I'm embarrassed that I watch such shtuyot.

I watch all the Gordon Ramsay cooking shows like Masterchef, Hell's Kitchen, and Kitchen Nightmares. Also Great British Bakeoff.

Project Runway and America's Next Top Model, but they've gotten much worse in the later seasons.

Shark Tank occasionally, and What Would You Do, as the previous amother mentioned! I totally forgot about that show. It's so wholesome, I love it.

I watched one season of Married at First Sight and I'm kind of weirdly fascinated. Oh, and The Amazing Race! I haven't seen that so recently but I used to watch it with my dad. I should pick it up again.

Any good interior design shows or couture fashion shows that I can see without Netflix (I have Verizon cable)?

I’ll watch a few episodes of a show and then quit because they’re all so scripted and repetitive. The last one I watched was a cooking show where naya Rivera was the guest judge. She had died right before and I found out the show had aired after her death. I found that so creepy.
