Amarante, I see you've done extensive research on this, and I appreciate you passing it on
And yes, I agree with all those who said
It will not pay off when reselling
The real payoff is enjoying the room in the house that we use the most, and probably that I use the most of everyone.
And the amother that mentioned having clear delineated areas for fleishigs and milchigs - yes!! We have guests all the time, and they want to help, but it's so hard to figure out where everything is. Having things more organized will make life so much easier in this sense as well - having guests helping out too. (Which is our real motivation to have them.) (jk. again)
