Do you follow anything during the eating hours?

Too early to start plateauing.
I should probably be stricter about my menu during the eating hours! |
Maybe try staying away from starches from 2pm and on.
I’m doing a low carb diet combined with intermittent fasting and am having great results bH. It’s hard to start the diet, but once you’re on it, it becomes natural. Once you’re off sugar and carbs, your body just doesn’t crave them anymore.
I don’t use sugar in anything I cook, or even my coffee - I use monk fruit or xylitol in the same amount to replace the sugar. That’s one easy thing to do.

It’s hard to go back and find your last week’s weight. Can you post how much you lost?

Shabbos:
I had 3 treats instead of one on Shabbos Also, I realize I have way too little protein on Shabbos. I'm going to try to prepare more protein for next week.
Fri night: challa, 1 dip, soup, 1 oz chicken
4am: raisin bran
11am: doughnut
Lunch: challa, cholent, salad, brownies
Snack: spinach, grapefruit, pear salad
Shalosh seudos: challa, dip, tuna, ices
Melave Malka: ww pasta with cottage cheese and sauce

Preparation makes a huge difference! Knowing you have lots of healthy foods (including good protein choices) ready really helps.

Ok I’m going to be more conscious about the food I eat this week. Hopefully that together with intermittent fasting will get the scale to move.

Thanks for the protein pointer.
Also, I'm going to post what exercise I did every day. I find I can never rely on diet alone. Especially with chanuka coming - I need a buffer.

Thank you! You are, too! Even though you aren't seeing the results you want this week, you're still trying to find what works.

Yes I’m not giving up this fast.
I still have the 5 lb loss to show and if I quit it I’ll gain it back in no time. I’ll keep going till it works!

Thank you for the info! It's not much protein though.
As per Google: One cup (25 g) of raw spinach contains 0.7 g of protein.
I'm aiming for 80g of protein/day
