I saw it advertised in the local paper. It’s really cute. There was live music as well I believe it was beri weber and a guy dressed up in a mascot costume. My kids were psyched when I brought the box home and they ripped it open

No requirements, you just have to register in advance. I think it has something to do with covid funds, they started it during covid. Like similar to the food boxes or something

They outdo themselves every year. So much thought is clearly put into it. Each box has eight bags with activities for each day of Chanukah. They even make sure to include enough for four children in each kit, which I think is so generous and thoughtful.
The zeidy talks, sings, and records.
There was a magnetic play set to create your own nursing home.

I'm definitely not doing it this year. They put orbies in last year and it was a nightmare with crawling babies on the floor. I have older kids that enjoy the crafts but this is not worth it for me.

At this stage, so close to Chanukah, it's pretty obvious that they're not doing it this year. But I confirmed. Seems like they were hoping to attract a certain crowd (I.e., BP/heimish) to use their facility and it wasn't quite working. That clientele is sticking to BP Center. So there is no point in them investing all that money....
Oh well, it was beautiful while it lasted.
