I would get shorts that are the same color as the stripes-preferably the lighter stripes.

Right. Linen look shorts or Shabbos shorts from Armando Martillo or Tottini would be better for that age.

I hear you, I'm not so sure, I think it depends on the kid and how mature they are.
I just added it as another option for more easy wear pants, not so formal

I dont know if you already posted but Im looking for tight short denim pants (like above the knee short) for my 3 year old son. Do you know where I can find ? doesnt need to be tight tight but not so loose if you know what I mean. Hes small and thin and I dont want it too look too baggy
