Thank you, this all sounds great but she’s on the verge of going to israel, she’s gotten therapy many years as a child, I could kick myself for no one seeing these things as goals. Maybe it’s just my fault for not realizing it. She’s not on the spectrum. I really just need to find someone who can work with her now that she’s finally willing to go

So find someone for her to work with in Israel for the year.
She sounds very similar to my DD with ADHD. Medication has been a life saver. When she is off it in the evening it's back to these behaviors. Also recognize that teens are very self absorbed and don't look around and then suddenly start cleaning. They need to be asked.
OP you're likely getting frustrated here because you're asking for a therapist and people keep giving you advice instead.
As a coach who works with teens, I think that therapy without any kind of assessment is unlikely to be a huge help. The therapist is going to need to know what to focus on.
I personally don't feel that you gave enough details here to pass opinion on what the root cause of the behavior is but I do feel you should get to the bottom of it before starting therapy.
I have no idea where you live to recommend a therapist but do you have a doctor or someone in chinuch locally who you could trust to refer you to someone for a full evaluation?
