Let's say pagan is good. You are using the letters in the consecutive order just inserting vowels.

For word telephone you used the letters in consecutive order but you skipped over a letter, not allowed.

For word telepathy, you used the three letters in consecutive order but then you added your own letters not allowed.

Only letters you can add are vowels, w & y.

You can double a letter right away. Let's say if you have the letters H P you can do happy.
