Broccoli quiche is yum and pretty. Can add mushrooms too. Side of salmon or sushi salad or salmon cubes over salad/grilled vegetables.
Or do something sweet like cheese blintzes or cheese kreplach (I buy those and reheat in a pan with butter). Strawberry milky smoothies.

Just a little q, Why do you serve same type of food twice in one meal? Do different family members like them differently, if not maybe change them up a bit.
Ex 2x seabass, 2x lamb

Yes, different people like it differently. For the dairy meal, I wrote one down as an appetizer, but it could be I’ll totally skip appetizers and just serve everything at once.

Thanks. It’s from my friend so no link.

Just cook a lamb shoulder or any cut or meat (does not have to be lamb) on very low with onions spices and silan. You can make it in a crockpot over night. Shred with fork. Serve over rice or in a taco with lettuce.

Yum!!!! Maybe I just found my second day appetizer :-)

the food situation will get too overwhelming especially if not everyone eats a lot(and you'll be upset that you cooked so much), also remember that its after 10 when you start the meal.

I cut down this year because no one eats much food after soup.

depending on your family's preference of what to nick...
you serving salmon as a main course or first?

Some guests don’t like dairy so I’m making Moroccan fish as a main because of the vegetables it’s more filling.

First course- dips and salads, garlic knots
Appetizers- mini pizzas, cheese board, quiche
Main- fish, pasta, string beans, mashed potatoes

Not super much. Maybe I can cut out the cheese board.

Maybe if you serve for appetizer do the main diff, or change the appetizer if you want to keep the main.

Your second day appetizer can be mini meat pizza rounds or meat pizza board

thanks!do u have a recipe for the quiche?

were also sefardi I dont do cheese blitzes or kreplach (I dont even know what that is).

Another issue im running into is that we dont serve fish and dairy same meal. I was going to do al my israeli salads and moroccan fish and then take the fish off and serve baked ziti, salad, and quiche. Is that enough?

I don’t think people are serving dairy for the shabbos meals, as that’s not shavuos. Shavuos starts Saturday night.

I'm thinking of doing a dairy shabbos

I think most people don’t, because there’s a thing that you should eat meat on shabbos. (Unless of course you generally don’t eat meat on shabbos, and then this week would be no different)

Beautiful menu!
When you serve mashed potatoes for appetizer I would not serve potatoes in the main, do the kugel then or if you do potatoes for main do the rice for appetizer. I feel honored that you took my advice. I was afraid that you might be insulted that I meddled with your menu. You can totally do your own thing. I just like to keep it varied if I can, unless it's an second option of same type of food.
You seem like an amazing cook!

Usually it’s kugel at night and potatoes during the day….that’s what my kids want
If it was up to me, there’s wouldn’t even be ANY form of potatoes at EVERY meal

I guess it depends how you make them and how you reheat them? I don’t eat potatoes or kugel usually, and for sure not reheated, but I’ll tell you what we do. We cut the potatoes in cubes and then toss with oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.
Put it in the oven on 450° for 45 minutes to an hour. To reheat, I put them in a warming drawer.

I know, you mentioned once that your family only wants roast and potato/kugel.
You put mashed potatoes in appetizer then also as side so just switch up then.

You have ton of food options. Are you having guests?

Done :-) yes we are having company, 10-15 people minimum per meal.
Also, it’s my family except me!!! I live variety, and don’t really eat roasts. I’ll occasionally eat corn beef, and I like veal and lamb chops.
