I was carrying twins but one stopped growing. I hope it doesnt cause problems with the other one!

I've heard of cases like this before. It's called Vanishing Twin Syndrome. Sometimes the mothers body absorbs the tissue (and then it's disposed of properly by the body), or the other embryo absorbs it.
