I don't know enough to answer, no idea about schools. By modern I mean they are officially chassidish but are lax in some areas that are important to chassidim. What's np?

Like all chasidim there ? Or is there a nice chasidish community that are not modern- looking for serious and openminded

I think the streets I mentioned earlier have a nice frum community. But I don't feel comfortable saying for sure.

That’s my area of TR. Lovely people- hard to find a house. Pretty expensive. Less modern than deeper in TR.

Not all chassidim by far. But a nice chassidish community. Royal Sire off of Vermont might be all chassidish.

As an outsider I don't know the nuances. There are a few beis hachinuch families does that help? I can try to find out other schools they go to. The yeshivish part of the neighborhood is very solid frum.
