Open Letter to the Rabbis of Baltimore and the Five Towns
As the prohibition of chanufa is most severe, I begin this letter without honorary salutation so as not to display feelings of affinity or respect for you that I do not harbor.

The promotional video that you appeared in about a year ago in which you urged people to “get vaccinated” with the Covid shots was never befitting Rabbonim. Even leaving aside for the moment the veracity of the message or lack thereof, this is hardly the manner in which Rabbonim should deliver halachic opinions. Never in a million years would Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, and the Chafetz Chaim, to name just a few gedolim and poskim of modern times, have agreed to perform in such a video (and a performance is what it was).

Indeed, delivering trite, scripted messages via a professionally produced and edited video, and passing this off as a serious rabbinic ruling that the public is meant to unquestioningly follow, is simply unprecedented. It makes a mockery of the halachic process – which must be unfailingly honest, thorough, transparent, and subject to the rigorous scrutiny of scholar and layman alike – and reduces it to mere sound bites.

Everything, literally everything, depends on the integrity of the halachic process. The Jewish people have been sustained by this process for three thousand years, and you demolished it in three minutes. That was the most significant accomplishment of your commercial advertisement for Covid shots, in which you served as celebrity endorsers. Were your scripted message for people to take the shots the correct halachic conclusion, the process by which you arrived at and delivered this message could not have been more inappropriate and damaging to the mantle of Torah that you wear.

Not surprisingly, however, your scripted message was not correct. It isn't now, and it wasn't then. The carnage caused by these accursed shots, produced and forced upon us by accursed people, can no longer be denied or explained away. The meteoric rise in heart attacks, strokes, cancers, fertility problems, sudden “unexplained” deaths, and numerous other severe health problems that directly correlate to the shots can no longer be brushed aside as mere coincidence, except by the most cynical and corrupt.

Our ancestors stood and watched as the sea split before them, and recognized it as God's miraculous intervention. There were those who witnessed the same event and scoffed at the lack of scientific evidence. Perhaps the winds blew in just the right way, or perhaps the sea naturally split on extremely rare occasions, and the Jewish people happened to be in the right place at the right time. There are always those who refuse to accept the stark reality staring them in the face. Likewise, there are those who still insist that the shots are “safe and effective”, contrary both to mountains of studies and, no less significant, the reality staring us in the face.

You demanded that people take these shots. You leveraged your authority as rabbis and community leaders, the trust every decent Jew yearns to have in our shepherds, to deliver this “halachic ruling” with no actual substance. By participating in this pharmaceutical advertisement, this charade, you called upon Jews who live by the Torah and fear heaven to take the shots based on their respect for you alone.

That is not how the Torah works. That is certainly not how decisions affecting the physical and spiritual health of the entire Jewish people are to be made.

Surely you knew this, which is why none of you followed up your commercial appearance with a proper halachic teshuva that could be studied, analyzed, and critiqued as per Torah norms. You had every opportunity to do so – and every obligation to do so – yet not one of you has substantiated his scripted message with a proper ruling as befits your station. This is a disgrace to the Torah, to the rabbinic institution, and to the entire Jewish people. There is no excuse, and there can be no excuse.

Furthermore, it was obvious that the videos were sponsored, at least in part, by the government, which would have been reason enough for you to decline to participate. A rabbi must leave no room for suspicion that his halachic rulings are influenced by money, politics, or other outside interference. A rabbi should certainly not collaborate with the government in developing and disseminating his halachic rulings.

But it gets worse. To no surprise, recent investigative work (https://rumble.com/v1fl5n5-leaked-video-planning-propaganda-to-push-the-death-shots-on-the-jews-of-bal.html) has discovered that funding for this propaganda campaign derived from the Open Society Foundations – none other than George Soros. I should not need to elaborate on the significance of this. You might as well work for Amalek.

The Rambam in Hilchos Teshuva 3:6 lists twenty-four types of people who “have no share in the world to come, but are cut off, lost, and judged for their great wickedness and sins forever and ever.”

One of these is מחטיאי הרבים, those who cause the public to sin. As the Rambam writes in 3:10, it makes no difference whether one causes the public to transgress a great sin, such as idolatry, or even a lighter matter, such as canceling a positive commandment. This includes misleading the people until they sin or forcing them to sin.

You have caused the public to violate numerous sins, as I outlined in my article Wholesale Sinners, and you caused them to cancel countless positive commandments by supporting the closures of shuls, yeshivos, and cancellation of normative Jewish life at the unscientific whims of heretical “health officials”.

Another type the Rambam lists is mosrim, those who hand over their fellow Jews to non jews to be harmed or killed, or their money to non jews or criminals (3:12). You have done precisely that, under the false pretense of protecting their lives.

You might want to review what the Rambam writes about mosrim in Chovel Umazik 8:9-11 and Eidus 11:10, the Rivash Siman 79, and the Margaliyos Hayam on Sanhedrin 46A:6-7, to name just a few sources. I am not a posek, nor am I advocating violence or for anyone to take the law into their own hands, but these sources should make your hair stand on edge. There is a Judge and there is Justice.

Another type the Rambam lists is מטילי אימה על הציבור שלא לשם שמים, those who inflict fear upon the public not for the sake of heaven (3:13). “Unvaccinated people died. Died!” You did nothing but terrorize people into taking shots and viewing all social interaction as a lethal danger. You did not do this for the sake of heaven. You did it for your own benefit and to suit the agenda of those at war with Hashem.

None of this is a stretch. You represent three types of people who lose their share in the world to come, and get punished forever.

The Rambam concludes this frightening chapter with a hopeful message. Even the worst of sinners have the opportunity to do teshuva, in which case they reclaim a share in the world to come. Furthermore, the community accepts repentant sinners – even those who committed grave sins – back into the fold.

It is impossible for you to fully rectify the harm that you have caused. Those who lost their lives due to the shots cannot be brought back to life; those who suffered serious harm will not be cured by your repentance; those who suffered economic devastation, estrangement from family, friends, and community might not recover what they lost.

However, it is still incumbent upon you to repent for your actions and rectify the damage to the best of your ability. Yehoshua bin Nun implored Achan to repent before his execution, even though he would still be put to death. Achan's repentance brought honor to the Jewish people and salvaged his own soul in the next world. This is the same opportunity and responsibility that is before you.

I recommend the following plan of action for your teshuva process. This is the minimum that would be acceptable; the more you add to this, the better.

1) Issue a video-recorded confession of your sins and distribute it via the same public channels as your original video.

2) Express sincere remorse and ask the entire tzibur for forgiveness.

3) If you know individuals who were harmed by your “ruling”, do teshuva to them personally, in accordance with the halacha.

4) Publicly disclose everything you know about the propaganda campaign targeting your community, the individuals and entities involved, their tactics – everything. As the people near the top of this chain are extremely sinister, you may well be endangering your life by betraying them. Nevertheless, this is a step you must take to rectify the damage you caused. If you pay with your life because of this, your death will be an atonement.

5) Publicly disclose any compensation you received directly or indirectly through your institutions for collaborating with this campaign. Dedicate this sum toward rectifying the damage you caused, such as by spreading the truth and assisting victims of the shots.

6) Step down from any positions of leadership in the community, and, if you are accepted back into the fold, refrain from retaking such positions in the future.

I sincerely hope that you will follow in the positive example of Achan and mend your ways while you still have the chance. As much damage as you caused, true repentance will bring tremendous healing to the community and deliver a serious blow to our enemies. It will also salvage your share in the world to come and spare you punishment that is beyond anything we can imagine.

Is that not worth the shame and material dangers of coming clean?

We have lost a great deal, but there is still so much that can be saved. Be brave now and do the right thing.

I came to Nuremberg to provide historical context to the current global threat confronting our civilization. These past 2 1⁄2 years have been especially stressful— as painful memories were rekindled.

In 1941, I was 31⁄2 when my family was forced from our home in Romania & deported to Ukraine.

We were herded into a concentration camp – essentially left to starve. Death was ever-present. My father died of typhus when I was five.

In 1944, as the Final Solution was being aggressively implemented, Romania retreated from its alliance with Nazi Germany. The government permitted several hundred Jewish orphans under the age of 12 to return to Romania. I was not an orphan; my mother lied to save my life.

I boarded a cattle car train – the same train that continued to transport Jews to the death camps – even as Germany was losing the war.

Four years elapsed before I was reunited with my mother.

The Holocaust serves as the archetypal symbol of unmitigated evil

– Moral norms & human values were systematically obliterated.
– The Nazi system destroyed the social conscience.
– Millions of people were worked to death as Slave laborers.
– Others were abused
as experimental human guinea pigs.

The Holocaust did not begin in the gas chambers of Auschwitz and Treblinka.
The Holocaust was preceded by 9 years of incremental restrictions on personal freedom, & the suspension of legal rights and civil rights.

The stage was set by fear-mongering & hate-mongering propaganda.

A series of humiliating discriminatory government edicts demonized Jews as “spreaders of disease.” We were compared to lice.

The real viral disease that infected Nazi Germany is Eugenics— Eugenics is the elitist ideology at the root of all genocides.

– Eugenics is cloaked in a mantle of pseudo- science.
– It was embraced by the academic & medical establishment as well as the judiciary — in Germany and the United States.
– Eugenicists justify social & economic inequality.
They legitimize discrimination, apartheid, sterilization, euthanasia, and genocide. The Nazis called it “ethnic cleansing” — for the protection of the gene pool.
Medicine was perverted from its healing mission & was weaponized.
First, it was to control reproduction through forced sterilization; then it was to eliminate those deemed to be “sub-human” —Untermenschen. The first victims of medical murder were 1,000

German disabled infants and toddlers. This murderous operation was expanded to an estimated 10,000 children up to age 17.
The next victims were the mentally ill; they were followed by the elderly in nursing homes. All of these human beings were condemned as “worthless eaters”.
Under Operation T-4, designated hospitals became killing stations where various extermination methods were tested – including Zyclon B — the gas that was used in the death camps.

The objective of the Nazi Final Solution was to annihilate the entire 11 million Jewish Population of Europe as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The Nazis enacted discriminatory laws; they utilized modern technology; low-cost industrial methods; an efficient transportation system; & a highly trained bureaucracy that coordinated the industrial genocidal process. The objective was high speed, maximum efficiency at lowest cost.

The human casualties of this unprecedented genocide were 6 million Jews & 9 million other people whom the Nazis dehumanized as Untermenschen.
The purpose of Holocaust memorials is to warn and inform future generations about how an enlightened, civilized society can be transformed into a genocidal universe ruled by absolute moral depravity.
If we are to avert another Holocaust, we must identify ominous current parallels before they poison the fabric of society.
Since the Nazi era, the study of history & most of the humanities—including philosophy, religion, and ethics — have been overshadowed by an emphasis on utilitarian science & technology.
As a result, few people recognize foreboding similarities between current policies & those under the Nazi regime.
By declaring a state of emergency—in 1933 & in 2020, constitutionally protected personal freedom, legal rights, and civil rights were swept aside. Repressive, discriminatory decrees followed.

In 1933, the primary target for discrimination were Jews; today, the target is people who refuse to be injected with experimental, genetically engineered vaccines. Then and now, government dictates were crafted to eliminate segments of the population.

In 2020, government dictates forbade hospitals from treating the elderly in nursing homes. The result was mass murder.
Government decrees continue to forbid doctors to prescribe life-saving, FDA approved medicines; government-dictated protocols continue to kill.

The media is silent – as it was then.
The media broadcasts a single, government-dictated narrative – just as it had under the Nazis. Strict censorship silences opposing views.
In Nazi Germany few individuals objected; those who did were imprisoned in concentration camps.

Today, doctors & scientists who challenge the approved narrative are maligned; their reputations trashed. They risk losing their license to practice as well as having their homes & workplace raided by SWAT teams.

The moral significance of the Nuremberg Code cannot be overstated:

The Nuremberg Code is the most authoritative, internationally recognized document in the history of medical ethics.

This landmark document was formulated in response to the evidence of medical atrocities committed by Nazi physicians and scientists.

The Code sets forth moral boundaries for research involving human beings.

The Nuremberg Code rejects the ideology of Eugenics & unequivocally asserts the primacy & dignity of the individual human being – as opposed to “the greater good of society.”

American jurists who formulated the Nuremberg Code incorporated the official 1931 German “Guidelines for Human Experimentation” authored by Dr. Julius Moses. Those Guidelines remained legally in force until 1945. The Nazis violated them in their entirety. Dr. Moses, who was Jewish, was deported to Theresienstadt where he died.

The Nuremberg Code defined foundational, universal moral and legal standards; affirming fundamental human rights.

These human rights apply to every human being.

– The Code sets limits on the parameters of permissible medical experiments.
– Equally important, the Nuremberg Code holds doctors and research investigators personally responsible to ensure the human subjects’ safety & to ensure that the person freely gave his voluntary, fully informed consent. The standards of the Nuremberg Code are incorporated in the International Criminal Code. They are legally applicable today in peacetime & during war.

The objective of the Nuremberg Code is to ensure that medicine, never again deviates from the precautionary ethical principle, “First, do no harm.”

The Nuremberg Code has served as a blueprint for subsequent national and international codes of human rights – to ensure that:
– the rights & dignity of human beings are upheld;
– & to ensure that medical doctors never again engage in morally abhorrent experiments.
– Like the 10 Commandments, not a word of the Code may ever be changed.

The first of 10 ethical principles lays down the foremost ethical requirement – which is spelled out in great detail:

“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential”.

“This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force… constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge & comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This… requires that before the acceptance… of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject… [he] should be [informed of] the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences & hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty & responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.”

The genocidal culture that permeated the Nazi regime did not end in 1945. It metastasized in the United States.

At the end of the war, US government agents helped 1,600 high ranking Nazi scientists, doctors, & engineers to evade justice at Nuremberg.

These Nazi technocrats facilitated the murderous Nazi operations. They were Hitler’s partners in crimes against humanity. They were secretly smuggled into the US under Operation Paperclip. This was in violation of explicit orders by President Harry Truman. These Nazi criminals were placed in high-level positions at major American scientific & medical institutions where they continued their work.

What’s more, these Nazi technocrats trained a generation of American scientists, doctors, & engineers.
This is how Nazi methods, & the immoral disregard for human values were entrenched in America.

In 1961, in his farewell address to the nation, President Dwight Eisenhower warned against the increasing dominance of “the military-industrial complex” whose “total influence – economic, political, even spiritual – is felt [everywhere]”

Eisenhower warned: “we must be alert to the danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.”

In 1979, a report to the President, by the US Commission on the Holocaust, chaired by Auschwitz survivor Elie Wiesel warned:
“…the inclination to duplicate the Nazi option and once again to exterminate millions of people remains a hideous threat.”

Those who declare that Holocaust analogies are “off limits”—are betraying the victims of the Holocaust by denying the relevance of the Holocaust.

The Nuremberg Code has served as the foundation for ethical clinical research since its publication 75 years ago.

The Covid pandemic is being exploited as an opportunity to overturn the moral and legal parameters laid down by the Nuremberg Code.

The Nuremberg Code is our defense against abusive experimentation.

Assist - Protocol Summary ~
Stage One (viral phase) - Early treatment, For initial symptoms – “Must start immediately”
Medications
Ivermectin - 0.2 to 0.4 mg/kg daily (until recovery), best with (fatty) food. (In pregnancy1 consult a doctor).
Budesonide - via nebulizer 0.5 mg twice daily.
Antibiotics – 10 days, Azithromycin - 500mg daily, or Doxycycline - 100mg every 12 hours. [For pneumonia See stage 2].
Aspirin – 325mg, take with food (if no history of bleeding or ulcers), or even better Specific Enzymes (see below).
Supplements
Vitamin D – 10,000 IU a day, until recovery (vitamin D level should be at least 50, if lower - higher doses are necessary).
Vitamin C - (powder or liposomal) 5 to 12 grams – in divided doses, 1g an hour (if diarrhea is present, decrease the dose).
Zinc - 100 mg a day, for 10 days, then decrease to 50 mg a day.
Ginger juice - one oz. 3 to 4 times a day. Not on an empty stomach. (Freshly squeezed. Can be preserved in freezer).
Additional supplements (important)
Melatonin - 3 - 10 mg at bedtime, (start with low dose)
Quercetin - 500 mg, 2 (or 3) times daily
Enzymes - 3 enzyme defense, extra strength (Enzymedica), 2
Nattovena (Arthur Andrew Medical) - 3 times daily on empty stomach.
NAC - 600 mg 3-4 times a day
B complex - once a day (morning)
Magnesium - 400 mg a day
Glutathione (pure v) – via nebulizer, added to saline
Cautions
Oxygen level - important to have a pulse oximeter handy, to check oxygen levels, especially from day 4-5 and on.
Dehydration - must drink a lot (best warm), preferably electrolyte fluid, sometimes may need IV fluids.
Diarrhea - if present, address with available medications (Bentonite Clay, Pepto-Bismol, Imodium).
Stage Two (reaction phase) – Pneumonia, Inflammation, Coagulation, congestion, Low oxygen
General Covid treatment - Must continue entire ‘stage one treatment’ (above) – very important.
Blood work – Check - CBC, CMP, CRP, ESR, Ferritin, Di Dimmer, Vitamin D Level (sometimes PT PTT INR is important).
High dose Ivermectin – 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg, until after recovery.
For congestion
Expectorant medications (to thin/loosen mucus) like MucinexDM - 600 mg Twice Daily, or as needed. Nebulizer - saline, albuterol, budesonide
glutathione. Vaper/steam. Essential oils (eucalyptus, peppermint, oregano, etc.) in a carrier oil, on the chest. Chest PT - clapping on chest and back.
For Pneumonia (high fever, shortness of breath, or other symptom or indication of pneumonia)
(Due to the high prevalence of co-bacterial pneumonia that only responds to the following broad-spectrum antibiotics)
“Must change Antibiotic” to Augmentin 875mg twice daily, for 10 days, or Levaquin 750mg once a day, for 7 to 10 days.
If no improvement after 24 to 36 hours, antibiotics most be further adjusted. (Sometimes more powerful antibiotics are needed).
For Inflammation (low oxygen, worsening of all symptoms - weakness etc., Elevated Ferritin/CRP/IL6 levels)
Steroids2 - (start with) 6 mg dexamethasone, if no improvement, increase dose, and/or give IV/IM. Also consider a change to methylprednisolone
(much better for lung inflammation), start 80 mg then 40 every 12 hours, for sever cases consider pulse doses3 (of 80 to 125 mg up to 4 times daily)
IV Vitamin C start with 10 grams (1 hour infusion) first day, then 25 grams (4-hour infusions) for several days.
Increase treatment of Nebulized Budesonide and Glutathione to every 2 -3 hours. (Needs to be done separately).
Additional Therapeutics4 - Baricitinib, Tocilizumab, Fluvoxamine, Atorvastatin, Cyproheptadine, Famotidine, stem cell therapy.
Supplements – (in addition to stage one supplements) Thiamin (IV preferred), High dose melatonin, Boswellia, Curcumin, bromelain.
For coagulation (High Di-dimmer/fibrinogen)
Blood thinner medication5 – Eliquis, or Lovenox injections, according to need.
Alternatively, Fibrinolytic Enzymes - Nattokinase 8000 FU 3 times daily on empty stomach6, (monitor Di-dimmer levels).
For low oxygen levels
Supplemental oxygen - as needed. (Under 6L - use nasal canula, over 8L - use non-rebreather mask).
Prone position – very effective for most patients (for some patients its counterproductive).
Treat underlying issues – low oxygen levels are “a result” of one or several of the above issues (Pneumonia, Inflammation, Coagulation,
congestion) and therefore treating it appropriately will automatically bring an improvement to the oxygen level.
Accordingly low oxygen levels are an indication of the existence and the “urgent need to treat the above underlying issues”. Only treating the low
oxygen (with supplemental O2) is not sufficient for recovery and prevention of further deterioration.
1 Several medications and supplements are to be adjusted in pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Adjust Enzymes to 3 Neprinol AFD and 2 Serratia 3 times daily.
Pregnant/nursing mothers are much more prone to suffer from dehydration. It’s also very important for them to start early treatment, due to their limitations.
