It's not Kalil. It's Klil just like it's spelled. There's a soft ee sound, somewhere between the "I" in pink and the "ee" in meet, between the two l's. There's no vowel between the k and the l.
Those three are all in my favorite baby girl names list.
You'll have to decide what works for you op. Some of the names suggested are in my least favorites list and other people like them. Pick a name you love.

Luna is a Jewish name? Even if it is, it's in The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem and I'd never be able to use the name because of that Luna.

It’s as Jewish as Faigy. Just not in ashkenaz circles.
Don’t know the show so I’m not sure what character she brings out.

Love the sound of Ruthie but it’s really Rut and I don’t believe in using diminutive names/ nicknames and Rut is nice but not my favorite so it always makes me feel torn
Ayla -not ayala
Adi although it’s unisex and my bil is Adi so it’s weird to think of a girl Adi but the name is so pretty.
