Why am I so hungry??


Maybe you need something more substantial thatn protein bars

Salted peanuts and yogurt
Lettuce scrambled three eggs slice cheese
Sour pickles Left over almost full chicken cutlet cause tried coating it with almond flour instead of corn flake crumbs but it was tasteless so ate instead some more outs and sugar free chocolate
Bull Bag strawberries

Healthy oatmeal Muffin and a peanut butter cookie with my coffee
Beans and whole wheat pasta for lunch
Acorn squash soup, couscous and chickpeas for dinner. Also had some leftover focaccia from last night and herring and crackers after dinner.

I’m so hungry but it’s time to go to sleep… and I’m too tired to go back downstairs now.

Protein bar with coffee

Apple

Lunch
Salmon
Green Beans
Sliced potato with a slice of melted cheese

Supper
Bagel with a tablespoon of cream cheese

I can't believe how much I eat compared to most of the people here. I guess that's why I'm so fat. The crazy thing is I'm hungry all the time.
Overnight oatmeal
Half a lachmaniya with veggies
Bowl of roasted tomato soup
Chicken breast
Couscous
3 homemade fried rice paper spring rolls
2 pareve chocolate squares
Handful nuts

Snack-Decaf Coffee, 90 cal ice cream
Dinner- Chicken bottom, Salad with dressing
Snack - Pc of potato kugel and 2 chocolate cookies - (went to vort)
