Oh, I need this so desperately! I'm 5' 7" and just stepped on the scale and I'm up to 120 and I don't know how I can go out looking like this!

Yes please. I remember hearing for forums your need to hit a certain amount of interested people - 20? 30? Something like that. I suspect we are there or just about there already.
OP, have you tried messaging Yael, as someone else suggested? Otherwise, maybe flag your post so a mod will see it.

And it should be called "plus sizes, a safe haven". So people should know NOT to say things like - did you realize that being overweight is unhealthy?

ok so question - do you people think it should be a usergroup?
I had in mind just an additional category that way you have all plus size threads in one place, but from the answers it seems many posters have in mind a member based usergroup?

Your second idea is way better although if possible it should be labeled safe haven. In my experience private sub groups don’t get much action until it has a good amount of members (50-60 probably). And hardly anyone joins these groups because they’re not visible and you need permission to join.

And it would be a shame for people not to see those threads who it can be helpful for.

I would also recommend not as a private member group, bc then where is that line and who decides what is considered plus... For instance, many of my clothes are 1-2XL but if you saw me you prob wouldn't think I was plus size.
Keep it an open safe haven forum

Yes I think open safe haven sounds right.
But just to your point if it would be a private group, personally I'd never question anyone for being there. If you feel you can benefit, join, by all means.
