Call Oorah. 732-730-1000. As far as I know, they take any donation offered to them and find a home for it and use the $$ for their organization.

I'm in Lakewood, I would take boys shoes size 24 and up for my son. How outdated can boys shoes be already??!! I definitely wouldnt mind coming to an open house and picking out some shoes. I am sure plenty of my neighbors would come as well as soon as they hear FREE. Let me know if you arrange something
I can also pick up for anyone that needs in Brooklyn, I go to my parents pretty often, but I wont be coming in for probably another 2-3 weeks since my parents are away.

I'd be interested in working out a shipping arrangement with you. I run a children's gemach associated with the Chicago Chesed Fund. You can get them out of your hair and onto Yiddishe feesalach. Any imamothers who expressed interest here are welcome to peruse our shelves. Please pm me if you are serious about getting them all out in one shot.

There is a shoe gemach in Lakewood that "sells" shoes for anywhere from $1-$5 depends. Let me know if you want their number as they might be able to take the entire load off you.
They are located in Westgate if you want to look them up.

Im sure there are plenty of families in Lakewood who would be happy for free shoes.
Why dont you set a date in around 2-3 weeks (enough time for word to spread) and put up a few signs in the supermarket, etc. Let dh spread the word in the beis medresh, too.

I wouldnt be surprised if people came from Bklyn too. Once people hear 'FREE' they are much less picky!
