And if so, how long ago were you in sem?
I was in seminary 13-ish years ago, and I’m in touch wi the one teacher a few times a month on average. Other teachers, I occasionally call or email to say hi or to wish them a gut YT.

I wish!
The seminary I went to wasn't really the type where you keep up with teachers but I would love to have a teacher I can call.
Was in sem 9 years ago

No. I liked most of them just fine but never developed any kind of relationship with any of them beyond the classroom.

I am in touch with a 12th grade teacher regularly, not a seminary teacher.
I am extremely close to this teacher, but she is the only one who I have kept up with from all my teachers.

Not at all. I had nothing to do with them even in sem.

I see one of them at a weekly shiur we both attend.
Another I see/speak to at least one a week. (It's not just from my side, she calls me.)
A third I see less often, but still fairly regularly.
While the relationship originated as teacher/student, today I would consider them as friends, with an extra flavour of respect.

I was in seminary 25 years ago and have a once a year email correspondence with one of my seminary teachers. In fact, thanks for reminding me that I need to send that email this week!

One has a daughter in my daughter’s class. She lives down the street from me. Another sat next to me at a beis shiva today.

I was in seminary 17 years ago.
For most of those years I was not in touch with anyone.
About three years ago I renewed a kesher with one teacher.

I voted Nope and I’m totally not the type. But I had Rabbi Balanson for a teacher, I never developed a particular kesher with him but he told all the girls we could email shailos so I used him as my Rav for a while when I was single. It was very convenient, and very appreciated

My seminary was hashkafically the wrong place for me and I'm not in touch with anyone except one other girl and my cousin who happened to go there too.

No but the rebbetzin of my current shul taught me in ninth grade, back when both of us lived on the other side of the country!
I wasn’t particularly close to her then, but it made it easier for me to get closer to her now. She can see the through-line from nerdy, theatrical, earnest 14 year old me to who I am 20 years later.

No, but now that Rebbetzin David is no longer alive I wish I had kept up with her while I still could!
