Or is it ok to feed her a cc sandwich, cucumbers, snacks, egg salad and pretzels crisps, corn and bean salad, slice of cheese, cut up fruit etc for a day?

A variety of foods is more important than always hot & cooked! It's good to get her used to different temperatures and textures.

Also not every day will be perfectly nutritionally balanced and that's ok!

It’s ok if she doesn’t get hot food every day.

It’s what she eats most happily so that’s what she lives on. She wouldn’t eat any of the food you mentioned. So yeah

I like to give whatever I'm eating, she wants to share my food anyway.
So its chicken if that's on the menu, or chulent or kugel.
But plenty of days its the basic cold food as well.

I give babies and kids the exact same food I eat. I eat hot lunch and dinner so that’s what I give them too

My kids eat what they'll eat. My oldest just ate what we eat. My second will only eat canned veggies so that's what she gets, and can't have chicken so she gets leftovers or frozen convinience food or canned beans when we have chicken.
