Not sure if Tasty is cholov yisroel, in case you are makpid.
I like Bagel Time..
Be aware that if you come during tourist season expect the service to take long.
We also love Seventeen. It's more of a lunch/dinner place but amazing food.

Hechsher on this restaurant is ORB not chalav yisroel.
( KM is CY. ) if you are makpid on cholov yisroel your options are Vert Cafe in surfside, bagel time, and seventeen or like others said , rustiko. Mozart Cafe.

Rustiko makes the best food from this list imo (actually tasty does, but I'm assuming you won't eat there. And for the record it is under km, chalav stam). But they don't have a huge menu, so depends if that's a deciding factor for you.

I enjoyed Fresko, they had the typical breakfast fare like eggs and waffles but also some unique latin american fare like arepas and tequenos that I have yet to see elsewhere in a kosher restaurant.
