I prefer non hamotzi dough and I like it rather thick then thin

3.5 cups flour
1-1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
salt
1 packet yeast
I mix the water with apple juice to make it mezones

thank you, how long do you let it rise and how many pies does this make?
how much yeast is one packet

For mezonos I believe you just put juice instead of water. (100% juice - not from concentrate)

U have to substitute water for apple juice. It had to be completely apple juice. You can also do 3/4 apple juice and 1/4 water
