Just had PTA and I brought this up with the teacher.
Teacher said that she thinks dc is suffering and has so much more to offer but is just so so distracted.
Dc is only 6. But nows the time they start to read etc. so I feel like I need to address this now and not push it off...
I have an appointment with my Dr tomorrow to discuss, but I'm just overwhelmed... and a little bit scared of what this means.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Start with a neuropsych eval and go from there. Once you have an official diagnosis they will help you come up with a plan.
