Exercise routine for low energy person

I used to be so physically fit. I would do exercise daily, alternating between HIIT workouts and brisk walking. After life events though, I became obese. I have very very low energy and need to nap to get through the day. I eat pretty healthily. Im looking for exercise routines to do that I can keep up with. Would love short, ten minute workout vids, specifically targeting the stomach area but I really can’t run and jump a lot. Any suggestions for a desperate mama?
