Seems good to me, I just spent $100 at a non Jewish grocery and I still need to go to the Jewish store to buy chicken/ground beef and some Jewish items. This doesn’t include shabbos at all.

Wow how do you only spend 100?

My list does include almost everything for Shabbos, before Shabbos I will also buy challah and lettuce for salad.

I would buy milk, cheese, frozen pizza, oil, foil, containers, fruits/vegetables all at Costco. They have way better prices than Jewish stores

Pasta and yogurts (unless you need CY) I buy at either Costco or a regular grocery like target. Target brand pasta is usually 99c a box

The only things I buy in kosher stores are chicken, meat and things I specifically want from Jewish brands (like rice cakes and marinara). Otherwise they are very overpriced

I did not find this to be accurate where I live. Costco does have cheaper prices on certain produce but you need to buy a lot. So if you're buying 5 lemons for $2.50 in the local frum store, even if you're getting 15 lemons for $6.00, you're still spending more than you need to even if the individual piece is cheaper.
Btw, the price of zucchini the past few weeks are insane, $2.89 per pound..
So grocery prices are really crazy.
OP, instead of making yourself go crazy for a few dollars, ask Hashem that he should help you pay for them easily. May you have lots of shefa and may your money have a brocho in it.

I never said cosco was cheap
I actually think people waste money buying in bulk for so few people
Fruits and veggies are 100% cheaper in Walmart and aldi vs the local frum groceries

Here is what I bought

2 loaves ww bread
1/2 gallon milk
Small package shredded cheese
Small package sliced muenster
Cottage cheese
Dozen eggs
4 yogurts
Family pack drumsticks
Small pack cutlets
Sliced turkey breast
Frozen pizza
Olive oil
Macaroni
Chocolate chips
2 packs rice cakes
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 jars marinara
10 apples
Shredded cabbage
5 lb bag potatoes
5 lemons
2 lb sweet potatoes
4 zucchini
red onion
3 red peppers
Scallions
Grape tomatoes
Foil
Parchment paper
Food storage containers

I live in monsey NY, not sure where you live and if this helps but here's what I do differently:
-I dont buy shredded cheese, it comes out to a lot usually
-I dont usually buy grape tomatos either, same reason
-stopped buying yogurt. I make my own, WAY cheaper and healthier
-from your list, I try to buy the following in non-Jewish stores such as walmart, target, costco because the savings is a lot:
Parchment paper
Foil
Marinara
Macaroni
Olive oil
And many many more things not on your list
-I wish I could buy fruits and veggies in non Jewish stores but im not in those areas as frequently as I need to buy fresh produce.

I buy everything in Walmart except for what only the Jewish store carries kosher - cheese, chicken, meat, etc. It save me a LOT of money. Almost everything is significantly cheaper.

I don't hold like this, but I'm pretty sure the Costco parchment paper has a hechsher.

And, yes, I'd buy a lot of this stuff at Costco—parchment paper, foil, eggs, shredded cheese, sliced cheese, chicken cutlets, olive oil. Cheese and chicken aren't available at every Costco, but if you're in town, you probably have access to even more products than these. Also: Ziplocks, coffee, plastic cups, plastic cutlery, flour, bread flour, spices.

We find a Costco membership worth it.
