If I were to replace my wedding band do I need to get the band the same width as the engagment ring or what is done these days?

I always liked the sets in which the wedding band was very narrow and kind of nestled into the engagement band so they looked like a single unit. I don't care for the look of two equally wide bands side by side. But what difference does it make? You're the one wearing it, get whatever tickles your fancy. Nobody expects you to be wearing the latest fashion in wedding sets, given that you've apparently been married for some years.

The jewelers websites have lots of engagement sets I think they're called. Flip through for ideas.
