My toddler is in a daycare with one main Morah and four assistants who come in at varying times during the week. I tipped everyone for Chanukah . Should I be tipping for Purim too?

I work in a daycare. You don’t have to. Or you can give 10 gift cards to a cafe. If you give the main Morah a Mishloach manos, you should give all, regardless of tip.

Tipping is always optional.
There are no rules.
It depends mostly on your financial situation AND how much you appreciate the job they're providing!
