I have 3 boxes of bran flakes, some open.
Also, a lot of challah in the freezer.
We don't sell, either eat or burn.
I would love suggestions , and if you're in the same sitch, post and we'll combine brain power!
I've been making a lot of oatmeal bars lately...

Challah can become croutons, breadcrumbs, french toast or bread pudding.
No ideas for the branflakes

My friend goes away for Pesach and we and donn my others put things in her freezer and refrigerator so this way it isn’t Baal tashchus.. maybe you can find a friend relative that wouldn’t mind.. as for recipes, you can make challah kugel, croutons, stuffing for a chicken, as a binder for chopped meat snd ect, kishke, French toast.. and for bran flakes and some dried fruit and serve with milk and you have a nice and healthy snd filing breakfast

With the challah make baked French toast casserole.
And savory (or sweet if you prefer) challah kugel instead of potato kugel.

She doesn't sell Chometz so I don't think this suggestion is relevant to her

OP, I know it doesn't help you this year, however as from this coming Chanukka it's time to start to check how much chametz items you have and what you buy. As from tu bishvat you needed to be even more on top of things.

Bran flakes - eat them. Have a bowl of bran flakes with milk every morning for breakfast from now till pesach. If you have others in the household, serve them as well.
Challa - do you mean whole challot, or challa slices?
If it's challa slices - french toast.
If it's whole challot - there are still 3 shabbatot left till Pesach, just use them, and don't buy new ones.
