I’ll start:

Plan something exciting in the beginning of the week and reward yourself for it at end of the week if you reached your goal.

Once you empty your fridge and freezer DONT put any chometz back in. Coming from someone who found chometz over yt!

Freeze orange wedges, grapes, and other fruits to make kosher ices.

If you just started cleaning your house, put into your schedule to do one kitchen cabinet a day in addition to the other work... this way the kitchen, which is the most important, is done timely too

Make yourself a list on fridge and freezer with all items that need to be used and plan based on those.

Ditto for the pantry.

Snacks and crackers can be payed out on the counter. Will make your chometz box shrink to a bag.

To the degree possible, try to work backwards in terms of planning and make a schedule or a list or a chart. Having a visual can be really helpful! Make sure everyone eats enough protein, vegetables, and complex carbs in the week leading up to Pesach. Sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, kitniyos, quinoa (not kitniyos according to many), etc.

Reward yourself as much as you need to. A new music download, chocolate, Slurpee‘s, chocolate, new outfit, a manicure, chocolate, a massage, whatever will help you stay calm and feel good about everything you’re doing.

We can do this! Rooting for all of us.💛
