Any ideas please anyone? Fruits have to be peeled so becomes a bit difficult. Ice cream without sugar?!

Do you want a healthier dessert or do you need sugar free for someone diabetic or who has another medical condition?
If there’s a medical reason you need to go sugar free, be aware honey, maple syrup, date syrup and all similar sweeteners need to be avoided too. (They’re not really healthier either but that’s a different discussion.)
Your best choice is some kind of fruit cooked or baked in the oven without sugar, or a fresh fruit platter.
