I’ve been searching the internet all day trying to find 2 recipes I made last Pesach. One was a sautéed eggplant and tomato dip/ salad which I remember getting on between carpools but can’t find. The other was a maple bourbon braised roast which the recipe specified to sub cognac for Passover. I did that with a flanken roast and it was the best meat! For the life of me I can’t find those recipes. Anyone? Please? Oh, and both recipes use minimal ingredients
