I did it the same as I would do it regularly with breadcrumbs, except I used almond flour.

It tastes amazing if you toast it first with salt and a drop of oil, for 2 minutes in a pan.
Then dust chicken very lightly (really just a dusting from up high), dredge into seasoned beaten egg, and then coat in the toasted almonds.

we don’t use most processed ingridients so I make my own breadcrumbs. I make pesach crackers and blend them in food processor. tastes like chometz and my kids love then.
