I second Deal, Ocean Place is the popular place to go to in Deal. And yes kosher food and the beach.

Most restaurants in Deal are quite a walk from the hotel. You can order in.

The two hotels by the beach (the Wave and Ocean Place) are in Long Branch in an area called "Pier Village." Deal is the next town over. Pier Village has Salt, a very expensive but delicious steakhouse. It is walkable from either hotel, but directly across from the Wave. There is also a kosher stand that has hotdogs and burgers near the beach. Pier Village also has kosher doughnuts, ice cream, and candy. In Deal, there are a number of places that should be accessible by Uber or delivery. Here is a list from a neighboring town's shul:

I’ve seen Yeshivish, MO, and JPF. There might also be an occasional Chasidish family. But neither is a Jewish hotel. As for activities, there’s a spa at Ocean place and there is the beach. There’s also an arcade and shops. I think you would need to bring books and magazines and hang out on your terrace and read.
